- A state of equilibrium or equipoise; equal distribution of weight, amount, etc.
- Mental steadiness or emotional stability; habit of calm behavior, judgment, etc.
Ah, everything in moderation, right? Well, right, actually. Keeping a cool head as a matter of course and maintaining an even operational keel go a long way toward living a strong, happy life.
