- Possession of required skill, knowledge, qualification, or capacity.
When we embark upon a course of action, it’s important to be competent in the area ~ and the higher the stakes, the higher the competence! Additionally, a high level of competence in a particular area lays the groundwork for a host of other qualities that create a strong, happy, meaningful life.
