Endurance
- The ability or strength to continue or last, especially despite fatigue, stress, or other adverse conditions.
Woody Allen said, “Eighty percent of success is showing up.” Indeed. And I might add the corollary, “Eighty percent of success is just hanging in there.” One simply must be able to hang on when things look dark in order to accomplish anything of lasting value. And that is all I have to say about that. Following are excellent illustrations of people staying present when it would be easier to bail, giving their best, hoping for triumph.
