Resilience
- Ability to recover readily from illness, depression, adversity, or the like; buoyancy.
There are a few terms bandied about the world as to what, if absent, one hasn’t got anything. Health is a big one, another one is a healthy brain. Hard to argue with those, for sure. One I would add ~ between the two, I think, second only to healthy brain ~ would be resilience. Without it, one doesn’t get up when knocked down. That’s definitive. Following are excellent example of resilient people demonstrating remarkable resilience.
