Temptation
- The desire to have or do something that you know you should avoid.
If the love of money is the root of all evil, and Hubris is the trunk, then Temptation is most definitely the leaves. Profuse and omnipresent, temptation’s leaves dangle before us, clog our gutters, catch in our windshields, and eat up our time with weekend raking (perhaps even seducing us into wanton rolling-around revelry ~ watch out for snakes). Following are excellent examples of people resisting it, succumbing to it, and on occasion, engaging it in a full-on swan dive of self-destruction.

Back from a seriously scary health relapse in mid-October and returning to action. Kudos to my patient friends and colleagues, you're the best. New programs and more unrolling this year, here's to 2012!
